Oil Water Separator

This highly efficient filtration system drastically reduces the amount of wash water you need on the job. As wash water is recovered into your reclaim system the filtration module separates solids and oils allowing you to recycle and reuse your wash water on site and\or discharge to a septic sewer.

Hydrotek Flatwork Filtration System – AZF05

The AZF05 is utilized where dirty flatwork washing is required and degreasers are not utilized. The AZF05 allows you to wash, contain, recycle and reuse wash water. For added convenience the filtration system can be factory mounted on a Hydro Tek trailer with a SC series pressure washer (up to 6 gpm) so an outside power supply is not required. This system has an 8 stage filtration process and filters to 5 microns. The treated wastewater is transferred back to your supply tank for reuse and water conservation. Practical and affordable, the AZF05 is the turn-key choice for professional cleaning of floors, concrete and buildings while protecting the environment by capturing wastewater and filtering it.

Vacu-Boom System

An innovative and practical waste water capture system to prevent run-off from washing operations indoors and outdoors. Can also be used as a highly effective spill containment system for many hazardous materials. The best way to move water from point A to point B when filtration is not needed. Other systems available if filtration is a requirement.

The Vacu-Boom system is engineered to be used in a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications where chemicals and fluid waste must be contained and/or captured and removed from the site.

The Vacu-Boom is a hollow, flexible tube five inches in diameter that is placed directly on a hard surface to form a downslope side dam or to completely encircle the wash or containment area. The berm has a C shaped cross section with the open side down. There are small liquid inlet openings on the water side of the boom at the bottom edge. During use, the berm is connected by a 25 ft. vacuum hose to the portable wet vacuum recovery unit.
