This is what other companies call a “package” deal. These types of “trailer packages” are expensive with little thought or design. To illustrate this point notice in the pictures that a wood floor is present. Wood and water are not a match made in heaven. Another example would be the stationary hose reels. This fixed design does not allow for pivoting capabilty. The water inlet hose, on the right hose reel, has the potential to kink. A kinked hose can starve your pressure washer pump of water. Extensive damage will ensue. A proper water hose for this application would be a commercial grade rubber hose.
When SCI sets up a trailer package we always suggest at least the use of a 30gallon nurse tank or preferably a much larger tank to help you in situations where water starvation may occur. This water tank will also be set up to allow you a bypass mode keeping your pump cool when your pressure washer is idling. Without a bypass mode long term damage once again can cause expensive water pump repair bills. Would this trailer package be a moving billboard for your business? In other words, does this trailer reflect the professionalism you want when marketing your business to new customers?
With so many different types of pressure washers, motors, pumps, and burners trying to find the right equipment can be confusing. This guide will educate you in the most important aspects of pressure washing.
